Reason and solution for pressing START key but the light for LED operation is not on and the syringe pump does not work: |
| | A£ºReasons is the syringe is not properly installed or the syringe specification parameter is not rightly set.
Solution is to operate:
Reinstall the syringe. Check if the right indicator light is on. Or reset the syringe specification. |

Reason and solution for alarm for abnormal control: |
| | A£ºReason is something wrong with the motor.
Solution is to operate:
Press "stop" key to stop infusion and silence the alarm. Then press "start" key to restart infusion.If such alarm sounds again,please contact manufacturer or agent to repair. |

Reason and solution for alarm for installation error: |
| | A£ºReasons are:
A.Air bubble in the infusion pipe;
B.Infusion pipe installation error;
C.Something wrong with the sensor of infusion pump.
Solution for Case A:
Press "stop" key to stop the infusion and silence the alarm. Then restart infusion after removing the air bubble in the pipe.
Solution for Case B:
Reinstall the infusion pipe properly.
Solution for Case C:
Contact manufacturer or our agent to repair. |

A.No AC power supply for the infusion pump;
B.Something wrong with the power supply circuit of infusion pump.
Solution for Case A:
Check if the power cord is not plugged in or not properly plugged in.
Solution for Case B:
Contact manufacturer or agent to repair. |

A.Too low battery;
B.Battery aging or something wrong with the battery charge circuit.
Solution for Case A:
Connect to AC power supply to charge the battery.

A.Air bubble in the pipe;
B.Infusion pipe installation error;
C.Malfunction with the infrared sensor.
Solution for case A:Press "stop"key to stop infusion and silence the alarm,remove the air bubble in the pipe,and then press "start" key to restart infusion.
Solution for Case B:Reinstall infusion pipe properly.
Solution for Case C:Contact manufacturer or agent to maintain. |

Reason of preset infusion volume completion.
Solution is to operate:
Press "stop" key to stop the infusion and the alarm.Then press "clear" key to clear the accumulated volume.After that,press "start" key to start infusion. |

Reason and solution for installing the injector falsely and the indicator light of the corresponding injector is not on: |
| | A£ºReason is that the compressed strut is not tightly pressed on the injector or the injector specification is not rightly set.
Solution is to operate:
Pull the compressed strut of the injector up, reinstall the injector and press it onto the injector a bit tightly. Or reset the injector¡¯s specification. |

Reason and solution for the occlusion alarm signal sounds soon after the syringe pump starts operation and the occlusion light is on and the syringe pump stops: |
| | A£ºReason is the occlusion sensitivity value of the syringe pump is not properly set.
Solution is to operate:
Reset the occlusion sensitivity value. |

Reason and solution for battery used up and the syringe pump will turn off if not connected to AC power: |

Solution is is to operate:
Connect the syringe pump to A.C. electric supply before operation. |

Reason and solution for turning the knob but the speed of infusion does not change: |
| | A£ºReason is that the syringe pump cannot be set during operation.
Solution is to operate:
Press STOP key to stop the syringe pump. Turn the knob to get the needed value and press the knob to save the value. |
